This is a one-of-a-kind, hand-dyed piece of Rayon Crinkle. It has been ice-dyed with brilliant, long lasting, permanent Procion dyes. Ice-dyeing is a slow technique that when done properly can result in beautiful surface designs, intense colour contrasts and a flow of movement evoking our natural world.
This rayon crinkle is a light-weight, silky and flowey woven fabric with a nice crinkle texture to it. It is slightly see-through. It is breathable and easy to care for. A warm iron gives it a flat look or it can be more "crinkley" if you choose not to iron it after washing.
